SWM ISO SWF, Very Fit, 70 y.o., work with hands.
I am semi-retired, as I still own my business, as a plumbing, heating, gas and backflow prevention contractor. 5' lbs. I am always doing something around the house, or for someone else, or for a work project, but it would be even more fun, if shared with someone special. I enjoy a casual bicycle ride, I love to swim, love to play tennis, and used to be good at billiards and pool. I also like estate sales, flea markets, and auctions; love finding treasures, but Caution: auctions can be addictive. :) I enjoy day trips to neat places like Fells Point; love cobble stone streets and quaint second hand stores. Sometimes I just like to drive to an out-of-the-way area and explore small towns and old general stores. I also like to cook, both on the grill and on the stove. I have taken several cooking courses, mostly Chinese and vegetarian. I think cooking together can be a great way to spend an hour, or an afternoon, sharing cooking ideas and new experiences. ISO one special Caucasian woman; She does Not smoke; Drinks very little, if any, at all; maybe a country girl (at least at heart), may have been a boy (may still be), and enjoys working with her hands and enjoys learning new things, like simple wood working, cooking, crafts, very simple electrical, stained glass and simple auto and plumbing maintenance. Probably enjoys getting dirty and does it with a smile; definitely enjoys the rewards; and does it all, within ; she up well. :) She is probably between 5' 4" and 5' 9", not skinny, not heavy, but a comfortably , to share our interests and lifestyles (I expect to share in her interests too.) Quite capable of spending an hour, or two, cycling, hiking in the woods, or playing tennis. She is on her own; has her own car and a drivers ; without the daily responsibilities of , grandchildren, parents, etc. She may have a job, but I would prefer if she were retired, so we can spend more time, doing what we would like to do; but definitely can spend a lot of time in Riverdale, hopefully living with me, developing a long-lasting, monogamist relationship. I want this to last "till death do us part." She is definitely low maintenance; very little makeup, probably has short hair, but not a must; much more a doer, ready to do anything together. Most Important: she Must Want to be a We; a Partner for Life; Share the cooking, Share the grass cutting, Share the day trips, Share the garden dirt, and Share the shower. . . Of course, I do not expect all of my likes to be met; only some of them; life is a matter of compromise, which I do very well. Communication is Key; with good communication, any relationship will grow and stay strong.
